Ten (10) Terrific Traits of The Super Successful
In today's post, there is a shift from the focus on marketing and the entrepreneur, that has been on since the last quarter of 2016, to a new aspect of the life of an entrepreneur, and in light of what this blog is all about - and that is, getting entrepreneurs better informed in ways that should help them to build a successful entrepreneurial lifestyle; managing their successes (in business and engagement), and to retain such over time. Here is a look at the top ten terrific traits of the super successful people, though, not necessarily limited to these alone.
As Brian Tracy, rightly puts it, "Successful people are simply those with successful habits." In other words, for an entrepreneur or anyone to be successful, there should a constant wearing of the success cloak, in a wholesome manner, realistically and not day dreaming.
- The first trait is having Speed Learning, and this you can do by reading fifteen (15) pages daily - I mean reading non-fictional stuff, rather equipping yourself with the real stuff. You can get some real great stuff here, My University Tab, and all you have to do is to SIGN UP and SIGN IN to have access to world class "do-it-yourself" tutorials/videos from Yale and Stanford universities.
- The second is for you to Start Visualizing by reading books that teach or tell the way to begin in the pursuits of living life by your own terms. You can begin with books like "Think and Grow Rich", by Napoleon Hill; "As a Man Thinketh", by James Allen, and a host of others.
- And then Begin Prioritizing your tasks and things that should be done, by finding the most important tasks of the day and executing them with precision - setting time limit, because limitations bring urgency and urgency gets things done and done faster too.
- The fourth trait is Managing Money - as financial management will determine how much you save to self-fund yourself, how much waste is cut off etc. Begin by reading books on financial beliefs and money management such as "Rich Dad, and Poor Dad", by Robert Kiyosaki.
- The next trait is Waking Up Early - a little earlier than the usual or normal time you wake up everyday - an hour earlier everyday gives you 365 hours a year and that equals two weeks of extra thinking, working or reading etc. What are you waiting for? Tick-tock Now!
- The sixth trait is that of Goal Setting - A trait very much seen in almost all super successful people. Setting them in writing is as much important as anything else in life. Those who do that get things done twice more than those who don't!
- And then comes the seventh trait of Exercising and Dieting - Start unclogging your brain and nerves so they can function properly by exercising and dieting to avoid overweight and fatigue. Get a recommended program and get yourself physically fit for a more vibrant you.
- The eight (8) trait is Building on Your Strengths - This can only be achieved when you have done an analysis of yourself, knowing your strengths and weaknesses and working to build on the strengths to overcome the weaknesses.
- Super successful people often possess the important trait of a Networking Lifestyle - Connect with like-minded peers or people, acquire knowledge of basic social skills etc. You can read books like "How to Win Friends and Influence People.", by Dale Carnegie.
- The last but not the least of the traits is Developing your Character - You can achieve this by writing down for yourself a certain set of rules, like a code of conduct, and striving to live by them. Read them before you begin your day and evaluate yourself at the end of your day.
