Effective learning is both beneficial to an individual and an organisation - entrepreneurs, employees and employers alike. The characteristics of effective learning are Creativity and Critical Thinking. These two characteristics should spur innovation and invention, from generating ideas and developing such ideas into workable frame, to turning them into reality, either as a product or program or service, that satisfies people or the society wherein we live.
